The food was brilliant and there were a lot of dishes in the menu. The staff were hospitable and amicable hole time of my stay. The setting was excellent, very close to aquarium, the Mount Batur and a hike.

The bathroom I had was smelly.

The staff was superfriendly and really polite, always there to help. We stayed in an a double room with tea/coffee making equipment, a seating area, and a couch bed. The balcony had an exceptional view of the lake.

Modern hotel with a modern design and reasonably good staff. Savoury breakfast, variety of meals. Absolutely perfect setting, just off the Batur lake, the garden and lake, and the mountains of Bali. Also, easy to get to Batur Natural Hot Spring.

We stayed for one night. Very atmospheric room! The view of the lake and the volcano is amazing! The owners are friendly.

The only downside is that there's a very small boiler in the bathroom. After one person washed, the other should wash with cold water. everything else is super!

For the price we paid, we got incredible value. The room was fantastic, spacious, and the bed was really comfortable. The location provided stunning views of the lake and mountains. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and attended to all our needs with a smile.

More variety in the breakfast selection would have made it even better.
